“I’ve been working with Mel since July 2023 as my virtual assistant and support worker.
In a short time, my business has transformed with Mel’s help and support, going from feeling overwhelming and unwieldy, to feeling much calmer and more manageable.
One of the key areas where Mel has been helping me is around managing/taming my inbox, including responding and communicating with my clients. I know I can trust her to respond to whatever comes in, in a warm and professional manner.
I’ve given Mel a number of other admin tasks to manage in our time working together, and she’s done a great job at picking things up, figuring things out and then running with them. She is also helping me with putting together some policies and procedures for my business!
