Choosing the right Access to Work support worker is crucial to your success.

The Access to Work scheme has the ability to make your life easier, but it can be hard to navigate sometimes. Once you're awarded, how do choose someone to support you?

It's about finding someone who not only understands your specific needs but also becomes a trusted partner on your journey!

My support rate is £35-40 per hour - but this will also be dependent on the level of support granted by Access to Work.
