I'm Mel Friday, a VA and Support worker from South Wales, just outside of Cardiff. I'm the proud owner of two cats, Alphie and Freya and one husband!

I'm a crafty soul with a passion for turning ideas into reality. Whether I'm sewing up something cosy or whipping up a personalised gift, I love the satisfaction of creating something unique.

I'm also a big believer in giving back and enjoy volunteering my time to local charities.

As a disabled woman, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with navigating the world. I've always had a knack for finding creative solutions to everyday problems, and I believe that everyone has their own unique strengths.

I appreciate the beauty of seeing the world a little differently and love that everyone has a different perspective on this thing we call Life!

Like many disabled people, employment was a challenge for me, so I had to think about other options...
